A persistent account-wide journey

Your characters are individual adventurers.
Together, they build a Legacy.

Account Legacy turns accomplishments across your roster into one shared history—without flattening every journey into one currency or turning it into direct combat-stat power.

Current public release · 0.4.8

A diverse roster of adventurers crossing together from Azeroth through the Dark Portal into Outland
One roster · two live erasThe next chapter waits beyond the portal.

The premise

One shared history.
Distinct paths through it.

Play the character the moment calls for. Their identity remains personal, but their accomplishments can strengthen a history shared by the whole roster.

The design deliberately separates Path progression, standing journeys, collections, professions, PvP, class identity, and future race identity. What they share is one interface and one account story—not one generic progression bar.

How progress is scoped

The right achievement belongs to the right story.

These distinctions keep a shared account from erasing the people inside it.

01

Account-wide

Shared across the roster

Most Path rewards, Treasures and Fortune, Artisan milestones, and collection history.

02

Account + class

A class keeps its journey

War campaigns and Outland Class Heritage follow each class across the account.

03

Character-specific

Personal history stays personal

Classic PvP rank and title progression remain with the character who earned them.

04

Era-local

Two independent chapters

Azeroth and Outland keep separate Paths, counters, reward ladders, and themes.

The live eras

Two chapters. Two progression languages.

Azeroth and Outland contribute to the same Legacy, but neither borrows the other's Seals, tiers, or standing counters.

One interface · intentionally separate counters

Not everything is a Seal.
Not every journey is XP.

Unlock Azeroth Path nodes.
Outland Path Seals

A chronicle made from memories

Progress begins with moments worth remembering.

An encounter, a class milestone, a rare collection, or the loot roll everyone still talks about—each becomes part of a larger account story.

Kel'Thuzad in the Classic Naxxramas encounter
The Conquest

Nine class victories against Kel'Thuzad.

Azeroth's endgame accomplishments earn a place beyond a single character sheet.

Illidan in the Black Temple
The Crusade

Outland's defining encounter.

The Butcher's Cleaver, a memorable loot drop
Loot memories

A perfect roll for one. A story for everyone else.

Inside the addon

Portable and installation-free. It verifies each addon archive before replacing your current copy, keeps a backup, and never touches WTF or SavedVariables.

Manual installation

Unzip the single AccountLegacy folder into Interface\\AddOns. Your existing account data remains in SavedVariables and is not included in the ZIP.
