Relic and Regalia are collections—not separate power systems.
They are live across Azeroth and Outland as shared history. They unlock no Path nodes, Boons, ranks, or direct combat-stat progression.

Judgement and Bloodfang lead a complete Tier 1–6 visual sequence from Classic Azeroth through Outland. Regalia preserves silhouette and memory without becoming another Path.

Some discoveries become account folklore.
Ownership and persistent history reconstruct an era-scoped collection. Treasure Points unlock Fortune tiers and configured collection titles without inflating the normal Path.
