Every Outland Seal awakens the next Boon.
Outland Boons use only the total Outland Path Seal count. They never borrow Azeroth Seals, Renown, Crusade, Prestige, or Conquest.
Outland Breakthroughs
Each of ten completed Path tiers adds +5% to ordinary Outland Seal-driven Boons, reaching +50% at full completion.
Shared utility, honest totals
Out-of-combat regeneration, durability protection, and repair savings can stack across eras. The UI shows the true total without merging either Path.

Outland's major deeds keep their own standing.
Netherforged level-70 completion, the Illidan Crusade, Normal and Heroic Expeditions, and Raid Triumphs per class form a long-term journey beside—not inside—the 189 Boon nodes.

Armor and armaments make class history visible.
Dungeon Set 3 and Tier 4, 5, and 6 Regalia join Relic Mastery per class as collection history. Relic and Regalia Seals are shared collection layers active across both Azeroth and Outland—not separate progression systems and never part of the 189 Boon denominator.
